Ingredients: Avocado cubed, Tomato chopped, Red onion chopped, Mushrooms sliced, Jalapeno pepper sliced (Optional), Crumbled blue cheese, Kale or salad mix, Mrs Dash salt-free (Optional).
Combine all the ingredients into a salad bowl or plate and enjoy with your favorite salad dressing.
