How to make a healthy ham and tomato omelette

Make a Healthy Ham and Tomato Omelette

STEPS
INGREDIENTS

My ham and tomato omelette is perfect for growing boys. The meal is low in simple carbohydrates and high in protein which helps growing boys feel less hungry over an extended period of time.

The ham and tomato omelette tasted great especially because I knew that it was packed with flavours and healthy for me.

Nutrition values Proteins are the main building blocks of the body. Eggs are high in protein and incredibly fulfilling. They keep you full for longer and reduce the intake of food needed in the day.

Method if not understood!! Heat a little extra virgin olive oil in a small frying, then add the ham and fry for a minute before adding the tomato and parsley.

Whisk the eggs in a small bowl , add the chilli, seasoning with salt and pepper, and pour into the pan with the ham and tomato.

Using the fork , mix the eggs around in a pan a little, and then throw in the spring onion. Continue to fry until the eggs are set. Giving you a lovely omelette. Thanks for viewing my omelette !!
