Cut the strawberries and the banana
Serve your half a cup of yogurt and pour over the fruit
Place the bowl with the strawberries, banana and yogurt in the freezer for 5 minutes
Take it out, add peanut butter on top. I like to mix mine up so the peanut butter blends with the yogurt. Yummy!
Enjoy! You can add a tablespoon of bran buds or all bran to add some extra fiber!

- 1.0 Banana
- 1/2c Fat free vanilla yogurt
- 1.0Tbsp Peanut butter
