Add all the ingredients in the recipe to a bowl.
Mix all the ingredients together.
After it is mixed, roll the mixture up.
Store in an airtight container and refrigerate. Along with oatmeal cookies, these can be a healthier alternative for granola or energy bars (like Clif Bars).
- 1.0c Dry oatmeal
- 2/3c Toasted coconut flakes
- 1/2c Peanut butter
- 1/2c Ground flax seed (instead of flour)
- 1/2c Chocolate chips
- 1/3c Agave nectar (instead of brown sugar)
- 1.0tsp Vanilla extract
