Make a Healthy 3 Ingredient Energizing Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
Tools: blender and tablespoon, (measuring cup/jug)
Ingredients: Apple juice, mixed frozen fruit (bananas, raspberries and strawberries), vanilla yoghurt
Add all Ingredients in a blender (I use a smoothie twister)
Mix until everything is combined into a smooth mix
Enjoyπ
Or use a cute mason jar with straw / your favorite smoothie glass πππππ»

- 2.0c Apple juice
- 3.0Tbsp Vanilla yogurt
