How to make a groovy lava lamp

first put your jar on the newspaper

next fill the jar 3/4 full of water

then add food colouring (but just a wee bit)

next SPARKLES!!!!

cool

now fill it almost to the top with vegetable oil

finally add some salt, then sit back and watch
