This will be my first guide, so I chose something simple. Grilled cheese is one of my favorite quick lunches.
Turn on your griddle to about 350-400 degrees.
First place your bread on a plate
Add a thin layer of butter to one side of the bread.
Place your choice of cheese (I picked havarti and regular Kraft cheese) on the thinly spread butter side. I like to put butter on both side. :)
Then butter one side of the bread while on the plate and place the buttered side on the griddle. While its on the griddle, butter the other side.
Flip when it's a golden brown.
Then brown the other side and you're done!
