Gather your ingredients
Mix macha with 1/2 cup of warm water
Remove gelatin from package
Mix with 1/2 cup of water
Put in microwave for 30 seconds
Whip heavy cream with 2 tablespoon of sugar
Put whipped cream to the side
Mix cream cheese with 1/2 cup of sugar and honey
Add eggs one by one
Add green tea mixture
Add green food coloring to enhance the green tea
Mix in whipped cream
Until smooth
I like to use small cups for individual sizes
Pour the cheese cake into serving sizes
Refrigerate over night
Serve with whipped cream and strawberry
