Chop up two bananas and leave in the freezer. Remove once frozen.
Place ice cubes in the blender.
Add in the 2 clementines and the spinach (or kale) to the blender.
Add the frozen banana and 1/2 a cup of water.
Mix ingredients together in the blender and pour into glass :) (Serves 3)
Top the smoothie with 2 tablespoons of oats, 1 tablespoon of yogurt and dried fruit & nuts.

- 2.0 Clementines
- 0.0c Water
- Ice Cubes
- 1.0Tbsp Natural yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
- Dried fruit
- Chopped walnuts
