Get all your ingredients together along with your blender, tablespoon, teaspoon, measuring cup, and kitchen knife.
Chop your spinach so that it blends easier.
I like to chop my banana up as well, it's optional though.
Next add 2 tsp of flax seeds. If you don't like flax you don't have to add any
Add 1/3 of a cup of protein powder, it is optional.
Add 1-2 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder.
If you used the protein powder, don't forget to add the olive oil.
And finally 1 cup of milk.
With all your ingredients in the blender, blend them on high.
