Gather your ingredients.
Put everything in the blender. I had some strawberries left over from yesterday.
Blend until smooth. Enjoy.
The shake is also great for after workout.
- 1.0 Handful of spinach
- 2.0Tbsp Organic peanut butter
- 1.0Tbsp Honey (or half a banana)
- 1.0 Scoop of whey protein (vanilla or chocolate)
- 3/4c Skimmed milk (or unsweetened almond milk)
- 3.0 Handfuls of ice cubes
- 1.0 Blender
