From the top left. 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, 1 teaspoon of Turmeric , 2 teaspoons of dried chili flakes , Teaspoons of curry powder Can add more curry powder and chili flakes to make it hotter
Add some salt and mix
Take one of the onions and Dice it ad to you pot with your ghee and pickle spice ad some Curry leaves stir and till onions start browning

Remove the 1st lot of chicken and ad the rest and cook till brown
Ad your dry spices and stir well
Now mix the rest of the Ingredients together in water From the top left .1 teaspoon of Garlic and ginger 2 teaspoons of curry paste 1 teaspoon of Coriander Teaspoon of chili paste and mix Together
From to left . Mix in the Mixture for the step before and mix in the sauce mix by 1st mixing it in a bit of hot water and them mixing in to the curry
Make some sides called sambals Diced one onion and two tomatoes Chop some coriander and chilies Ad a bit brown Vinegar salt sugar and pepper and mix And refrigerate taste better the next day
Grate some carrots Chop some chilies and coriander ad a bit brown Vinegar salt sugar and pepper and mix And refrigerate taste better the next day
Sliced some bananas and add some Greek yogurt
Good Fruit Chutney is a must
Just before serving take a little bit of everything that went in and makes it into the curry. Curry Powder Coriander and chili paste Crushed garlic and ginger and mix in to the curry
Plate up with some rice
Or hollow out some unsliced bread and serve like this
