Gather supplies

Butter 2 slices of bread

Place one slice butter side down in a pan

Place 2 slices of cheese on top of bread slice

Add as few strips of cooked crispy bacon

Top it off with the last slice of bread butter side up

Put pan over medium high heat for about 4 min or until bottom is golden brown

Check the bottom frequently when it's golden brown flip over

When it's done cooking flip out of pan onto a plate

Cut in half and serve with western dressing on the side
