Get out your cookie cutter and try to make as many cookies you can get
Get a straw and make little circles at the top with the end of your straw
Bake  and let them cool
Then frost the cookies and let the frosting harden.
You can stay this over the frosting you can buy it at the A&J cake supply place
Spray over the cookies
Tie the ribbon
Wear
