If you're doing more than one get all of your zombie heads to this step before cracking the glow sticks.
Glow!
Blow up the balloon! It's ok if the glow stick falls inside.
Tie the balloon!
BLAHH -Draw a zombie face with the sharpie!
Glowin ZOMBIE face!
Hang up the zombie head balloon! Make a zombie family hand up a bunch of heads!
