Get you jar any size

Get glow sticks it can be any brand

Sissiors heavy duty and children make sure you have adult watching you

Now wash the jar and clean with a towel

Set newspaper on table

Cut the end of your glow stick

Pour glow stick in to jar add sparkles Optional though

Shake it Repeatedly
