Start with a nude base on 3 nails, and paint your index, and ring finger blue.

Using a dotting tool, toothpick, or even your nail polish brush, and take a brown (preferably lighter) and create some smaller brown dots throughout the nail. DO NOT do anything to the blue nails.

Here are some different brackets. If you notice I don't go around the dots in the same pattern each time. As you will see in my next photo I add black dots in the empty areas.

Now, take a topcoat and paint over the blue nails, and add a small amount of nail/superglue where you are placing the bows.

Add a topcoat over the Chetah print, and you're done! The blue polish is GUMDROP- ORLY, and it resembles the color of Tiffany. & Co. The Rhinestone bows also add a cute effect.
