How to make a galaxy shirt

You need a black shirt.

...some newspaper.

...Bleach and a spray bottle.

Blue, yellow, purple, and silver fabric paint. (or any galaxy colors you want.) White acrylic paints

Sponge...

Gloves! You're handling bleach, don'tcha know?

Pour 1 part bleach into spray bottle.

And 2 parts water into the spray bottle.

Set up your newspaper on the floor (not carpet! Bleach leaks.)

Put your black shirt on newspaper.

Spray bleach and water solution liberally on your shirt. It should look like this.

Pour solution. You're done with it!

Get your white acrylic paint.

Pour a glob into your emptied spray bottle.

Fill spray bottle with water.

Shake!

Spray liberally on your galaxy.

Snap out your blue fabric paint and sponge.

Squeeze blue paint on galaxy...

Rub with sponge! Make sure the blue is completely blurred.

Continue to apply blue everywhere and anywhere you want! Hint: Put paint on galaxy edges.

Paint...

Take your purple fabric paint.

Squeeze the purple out anywhere you want. Hint: it looks best over and blended with blue.

Make sure you have a liberal amount of paint squeezed! Don't be scared of too much paint. The color should be vibrant!

Snap out yellow fabric paint!

Again, squeeze liberally anywhere you want!

Take your white acrylic and water solution and spray liberally!

You can also pour it into your hand...

And flick the solution onto your shirt! Don't be afraid!

Take your white acrylic paint...

Make dots all about your galaxy.

Smash the acrylic dots.

Take your silver acrylic paint...

Squeeze dots onto your smashed white acrylic dots.

You can also draw stars on your smashed white acrylic dots.

Make random dots everywhere on your shirt with silver fabric paint.

Tada space cadets! Put in the dryer to let the print set...

You can also make galaxy shoes! Anything black into galaxy--- possibilities are endless. Like the universe.
