In a large bowl, add the flour, salt & baking powder. Mix all of these ingredients together.

Whisk or use a spoon to mix the flour and other ingredients together. If too thick add more milk, if too watery add more flour. It should look similar to pancake batter.

Have a small pot or deep fryer ready with hot oil.

Here I poured the batter into this mustard bottle. I also recommend using an empty ketchup bottle. NOTE: if using this do NOT apply to much pressure when squeezing! It can burst and be dangerous!

Now squeeze out the batter on a circle! Pile it up but not too much!

Once you finished squeezing out your batter , you should leave the bottom part of the funnel cake to get golden brown. Once that's done, carefully flip the cake to the other side.

Once both sides are golden brown remove & place on a hand towel to soak up some oil & cool down a bit. Now comes the fun part... Sprinkle that sugar! ENJOY!
