Using the hot glue gun, stick the 2 smaller records together and the 2 larger records together. (I did this just to make the shelves a little more sturdier).

Glue the tops of the candle stick holders onto the bottom of the records.

Stick the smaller shelf on top of the big shelf and there you have it; a funky stand for all of your nail polish or whatever you want to use it for! :)
