How to make a fringe top

Lay the shirt on a flat surface.

I want my top to be crop so I'm going to cut across the part where my finger is pointing. Remember to leave space for the fringe!

It doesn't need to be a perfect straight line as we are going to fringe it later.

Use your finger as a guide and cut 2-3cm for each strip. Remember to cut between the first and last strips.

Now you are done with your fringe top! Or.....

Tie a knot at the end of each fringe. You can also add beads on it. Or....

Make it into a tank! And you're ready to go!
