Make a Fresh Spring Roll


Wash the boston lettuce and tear them into pieces of 10x6cm.

Peel the carrot and shred it.

Put all the ingredients that are going to be wrapped onto a plate.

Get a bowl of water, and dip the rice paper into the water.

Put the wetted rice paper onto a towel.

Leave a bit of space (about the width of a finger) and pile the boston lettuce, seaweed, and carrot.

Roll the paper until the vegetables and seaweed are wrapped once.

Place the salmon in front of the rolled part of the paper, and fold the right and left side of the paper.

Roll the paper tightly.

  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 6.0 Boston Lettuce
  • 5.0 Rice Paper
