How to make a french memo board

Materials needed

Get unframed bulletin board and make sure edges are smooth

Cut fabric so there is about an inch extra on each side of the bulletin board

On the back bring fabric to a smooth and even corner. You may have to overlap a little. Staple the corners and edges so they remain tight

It should look like this when the back is all secure.

It's ok if there is extra. You can trim it later

Next add ribbon in an even design. I chose a checkered look

You can add pushpins for added support
