Peel and core the apples then dice into pieces. Butter the pan. Preheat oven to about 180c
Beat the two eggs
Eggs should be beaten until foamy
Add sugar slowly, then rum and vanilla extract
Add half of the flour and mix
Add half of the melted butter and mix
Add the remaining flour
Add in the remaining butter
Add the apples into the batter
Mix the batter with the apples
Pour into the baking tin and bake for 50 min at about 180c.
