How to make a flower out of a plastic bag

Cut the handles of a bag and cut down both sides to make it flat

Cut one strip off it

And continue until you've basically shredded you bag

Take two strips

And cut them both in half

Cut those halves in half

Stack all of them into a pile

And twist them right in the middle

Tie them in the middle

And randomly cut the edges

Fluff it up

Take another strip and put it under the center of the flower

And knot it around the center

Twist the tails around each other like a rope

And knot them

Cut off the edges

And you're done! Put it in water...

Or anywhere else for decoration!
