Make a Flower Arrangement on a Budget

When creating a flower arrangement first choose a color palate, I am using pink and white for the bridal brunch. I am using hydrangeas, tulips, gerber daisies and alstroemerias, they are in season.
The attendant at whole foods was amazing! I told her my color scheme was pink and white, she found these gorgeous gerber daisies in the back and they were only $6 for 10 flowers!
I bought the hydrangeas from the local florist, they were expensive $5 each and I bought 6, $30 total which is most of my budget but I like how full they make a bouquet look.
Tulips are my favorite flowers! I purchased 2 dozen pink and white flowers for $12 at whole foods. Great deal and they smell amazing!
The alstroemerias were on sale for $5 a bunch and they add a nice touch of delicacy to the arrangement :)
I am choosing 3 large and 3 small vases. These are from around the house. They are different brands but I think they jive well together. You can also use pretty glasses.
Don't forget the plant food! The flowers should last.
Cut the stems at an angle so they can drink the fortified water. I tried to take a photo while cutting but this didn't work out to well for me! Ahhh iPhone photography!
Lovely! I love the single tulips juxtaposed with the large bouquets! Clean and lovely!
Not bad for $55 including tax!
Add candles and pretty napkins, the table is almost set! The home made flower arrangements add such a nice touch!

I am a lover of food, fancy cocktails, and traveling! I prefer watching commercials to some tv shows and do not like all-you-can-eat buffets.
