Place the lantern as the bottom part facing up and glue the middle size feathers around the bottom of the lantern. Continue the same row by row, as the big feather are in the central part of lantern.

Complete to glue the top of the lantern with fluffy small feather and sprinkle them well over the entire lampshade to create volume.

It is recommended to use a standard fluorescent lamp consumes little electricity, emits minimal heat is much cheaper and incandescent lamp.
