This is a healthy wrap for lunch. I myself am a pescaterian so I only eat seafood for meat. So you could easily use real chicken.
Spray your pan with olive oil
Chop you veggies.
Sauté your peppers.
Add a handful of your faux chicken and heat through.
To your spinach wrap add hummus
Faux chicken and peppers...
Now fold in the sides..
Then starting from the end with the sides folded in begin rolling your wrap up.
Cut in half at an angle
Serve with some fruit and yogurt and enjoy!!!
