How to make a egg-free apple pie

This recipe is my sister in laws as my nephew has an egg allergy, it's soo tasty a perfect winter dish with hot custard or cool ice cream. The moment we tasted it we knew we just had to try it :)

Roll the mix around pressing together to form a firm combined dough

Press into pie dish, even it out and make sure it's not too thick in the middle as the pastry won't cook properly
