First, boil the dry ingredients and water for 5-8 minutes while stirring constantly. Let cool COMPLETLY.
While that is cooling, slice strawberries and place them evenly in a baked/cooled pie crust.
Once the glaze is cooled, pour it over the sliced strawberries in the shell.
Let chill for two or more hours, top with Cool Whip, and serve. Makes about 8 servings. Enjoy!
