1:apply your base coat mine is white

Pick out your colors that your dots are going to be. I'm using Kiwi Cool-Ada and Neon Melon

Also get out a piece of paper and a toothpick

Add your first color onto the paper

Then take your toothpick and dip it in the polish and put it on the nail

Add your next color to the paper

Then add it to all the nails

Then seal in your design with a top coat
