Attach 5' piece to a 2' piece with a corner connector

Using the other 2' pieces and corner connectors, make 2 of these L shapes

Connect your L shapes with the T to the 5' piece.

Make a slip loop with one end of your leash and loop the other end over the 2' piece at the top.

Attach the clip to the loop. You're done now!

Put the stand next to a table and loop the slip around your dog's neck. If they pull a lot, use a collar and clip them to the stand.
