What you will need is...

Tape of you're choice or paint

Ribbon or shoelace

A toilet paper roll(2 if you want to make it taller)

Now wrap the bigger roll with tape or cover with paint and with shoelace or Ribon make a bow so the bracelets won't fall off.

Then wrap the smaller one with tape or paint it

Add the little one the middle of the big one and tape it

That is the final look without bracelets

And that is with bracelets and a necklace( I added a little thing on the side to balence them)
