Get your tape or these circle things and cut out any design you want

Place design on DRY finger nail (to dry nails faster put them in ice water for 3 minutes)

Paint your nail as shown with the other color

Paint your nail as shown with the other color

Peel off tape or circle thing and there you have it! Don't forget top coat ^_^
