How to make a design for nails

First thing u do is put some polish on a piece of paper

Polish on piece of paper

Second u paint ur toes what ever color background

Third u get a pencil and dip it in the polish u want the dots to be (Any design u want and any color)

Make ur pencil have the led (Led pencils don't work)

Then u have ur design
