Chop your cabbage and veggies

Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil to a pan and sauté the cabbage until soft.

Grab a smaller pan and add 1 teaspoon of I can't believe it's not butter! (I use the Olive oil kind)

Sauté Your veggies for about 1-2mins

Add your 3 eggs to the pan.

Use you spatula to break it up the cooking yoke a little to allow the liquid that hasn't touched the pan to cook as well.

Move the pan and a back and forth motion to get the omelette to start to roll itself over a bit

Add the sautéed cabbage.

Grab you spatula and flip the rest over.

Flip it completely on the other side.
