INGREDIENTS
Gather all your ingredients! Mango, banana, soy milk, spinach and a nut butter. It seems a strange combination but trust me it will be delicious!
You can use regular soy milk for your smoothie or flavoured! I personally love strawberry flavour so that's what I'm using. You could also use banana to go with the fresh banana in the recipe.
I picked up baby spinach because I enjoy snacking on it and also it will be easier blended.
I use almond butter as I'm allergic to peanuts, but you can use which ever you like, or none at all :)
Add all your ingredients to a blender...mine has served me well, it used to be my grandmothers!
Whiz it all up :) you may have to push the spinach down or give it a stir so everything is evenly blended.

There you have it! Green, sweet and filling!
Zippy approves! 🐈 you could also add oats or natural yogurt to give it more substance and have it for breakfast! Whatever you feel like, try mixing it up!
- 100g chopped mango
- 1 medium banana
- Handful of raw spinach
- 1-2 tbsp almond or peanut butter
- 200ml strawberry, banana or plain soy milk
