You will need : oatmeal, milk, sugar and some fruits

add the amount of oatmeal you want to eat. I took 3 spoons of oatmeal.

Add 200ml of milk.


Put the bowl in the microwave for 50 sec. After that, add 1/2 spoon of sugar.

Cut the fruit and add it to you're oatmeal. This is a healthy way to start your day. 😊
