How to make a delicious marinade pork tenderloin
Make a Delicious Marinade Pork Tenderloin
40
STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Defrost your pork tenderloin. I like to buy a package of tenderloin in bulk and zipblock the tenderloin individually and freeze, then defrost as needed.
Setup the container that you will marinade in - I typically take a plastic container and put aluminum foil in the container.
Into your marinade container, add 1/4 cup soy sauce
Add 1/4 cup brown sugar
Add 2 tablespoons of sesame seed oil
Add 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Add 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
Add 1 pinch of garlic powder
This is what your ingredients look like before mixing
The marinade after the ingredients have been mixed together.
Add your pork tenderloin into marniade
Coat and cover. Refrigerate for 6 hours to overnight.
Lightly oil your skillet on medium heat.
Take out your pork marinade from the fridge!
Put your now-marinated pork tenderloin on the skillet
Pour the marinade sauce in as well!
After 5 minutes, flip your pork tenderloins
Here it is cooking away, we are going to cook this for a total of 20 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes.
Add voila! All done, this is delicious and juicy.
