  • 1/2tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2tsp Salt
  • 2.0tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3.0Tbsp Lemon Zest
  • 1/4c Lemon juice
  • 4.0Tbsp Sour cream (or greek yogurt)
  • 1/4c Apple sauce
  • 4.0Tbsp Agave nectar (or honey!)
  • 2.0 Eggs
  • 3/4c Strawberries and raspberries, or blueberries!
