This is a very simple recipe. All you need are....
Dark cooking chocolate
Annnddd... Thickened cream.
Okay. Now you need to get out a saucepan and fill it up with a little bit of water. Then add your bowl on top. Make sure the bowl doesn't touch the saucepan!
Get your dark chocolate out, cut it up and put it in your bowl.
Then your butter. Then melt it with your saucepan on the bottom and your bowl on the top.
Until it looks like this!! Take it off the heat and let cool for 5 min.
Then separate your egg whites and yolks.
And add your egg yolks to your cooled chocolate, then mix all together.
See? All good.
In a separate bowl whip your cream.
Add the cream to the chocolate and mix..
Till it looks like this.
Then beat your egg whites till soft peaks form. Then add half of it and mix...
Then your other half.. Mix!!
When everything's all good, put them in a bowl or whatever. Pop some glad wrap over it, then out it in the fridge overnight.
End result!!!! I added whipped cream.! Byeeeeee
- 3 eggs (whites and yolks)
- 250m thickened cream
- Whipped cream extra
- 250g dark cooking chocolate
- 20g butter
