Doesn't that look good? It's easy to make, too.
First, sauté some Kale.
Scramble the eggs and sprinkle on the spices; salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika.
Toast up the English muffin. I like to use a griddle pan to make them nice and crispy.
Good goat cheese is crucial, you can get some at your local farmers market or Trader Joe's.
Flip the muffin halves and spread goat cheese on the already toasted side so it gets nice and melty.
Plate the muffins and slide the eggs on and Voila!
