Take 1/2 cup of yogurt
And 1/2 cup of frozen berries.
Also 1/2 cup of milk
Put it in a blender.
For sweetness add some syrup. I also like to add some flax seed because it's good for you.
I am using this hand blender type of thing but a regular blender works too.
You can add more milk or yogurt to your liking.
