Before pouring water in the cup, take a teaspoon, or more to begin, of coconut oil, still solid. Put the tea bag in the cup with the coconut oil and pour water over them, so they infuse together.

Once the infusion is over (4-5 minutes for Rooibos, 1-3 minutes for green or white tea), remove the tea bag and stir. You can add some sugar, I use dark muscovado as it is the most unrefined sugar.

Drink twice a day, 30 minutes before eating, for two months. Coconut oil stops the grease cells from getting stuck in your body, that's how it works. Enjoy! \u2728
