Cut felt 12x2- you may need to adjust length if you have a tiny neck! Taper off the ends with scissors

Grab some fabrics or trims

I added my ties first. I used my sewing machine, but if you use just hot glue you can glue the tie between trim and felt

Next starte layering on rows of trim meandering them up and down the felt

like this. Again just use your hot gun and a stick or toothpick to glue down fabric

I used some zig zag stitches for extra texture

Now for some color I added Petaloo Fancy Glitz Trims in Fuscia

Now I grabbed all my flowers and brads and started gluing them on. Remember only the front 4-5 inches will show so focus your best parts there
