Prepare all the ingredients (forgot to add a carrot in the ingredients)
Dice the vegetables
Put olive oil in pan and fry onions to brown colour
Stir in turmeric and nutmeg powder, then pour all the vegetables in the pan with vegetable soup
Boil till the vegetables are soft and tender
Put the mixture in bowl, put salt and pepper to taste
I prefer pink salt
And black pepper
Use a stick blender
Blend the mixture till smooth
Put the blended soup back to the pan and heat up to just boil, remove from heat.
