Heat up your hot glue gun

Measure a piece of ribbon by sitting the ends on the tips of your ears on both sides

Now cut a hair elastic at the seam

Like so

Put a dot of hot glue on the end of the ribbon

Stick one end of the hair elastic in it

Do the same for the other side

Ta da! Make as many as you want!

You can wear it hippie style...

Or the normal style!
