STEPS
TOOLS
Take your fabric. I like using a square shape as this gives a classic bow
Turn over the fabric
And fold the top and bottom into the centre
Then take the sides and fold those into the centre
Secure it with a pin so that the fabric doesn't move while sewing
Use an under over in and out method, this will create the ruffles
From the front
Keep going under and over trying the keep the fabric on the needle
Now to tie it off!
Loop the thread around the needle once
And pull the needle through. Pulling the thread and needle in opposite directions to create a tight finish
Tie off and cut excess string

Wrap a ribbon around the centre and secure with a pin. Then sew close to the bow but NOT through the bow
Once you have finished sewing twist the ribbon so that the seam is facing outward an position at the back of the bow
Secure ribbon to the bow
