How to make a cute dotted nail

start by painting your whole nail white to make your base coat show up better

put black dotss! you can even leave it like this If you like!(:

put white dots in the middle of em

I like to put little gems inside of the white dots but that's totally optional!(:

put on the top coat and you're done!
