How to make a cut off t-shirt with fringe

Find a t-shirt you don't mind cutting and lay it flat on the ground face up

Repeat step 3 on right side of shirt

Put shirt back on ground face up, make sure both cuts are even

Flip shirt vet so it's face down and repeat step 6 on the back

Check both side of shirt and make sure all the lines are even

Repeat step 9 on back of your shirt

Make sure all fringe is even on all sides

You now have your very own cut off fringe t-shirt
